    B2B Growth Marketing Manager

    What you will do:

    • Execute growth marketing plans across numerous channels, with an emphasis on prospect acquisition and customer retention.
    • Plan, implement, measure and optimize global (US and EMEA) demand generation and acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels for internal revenue generation.
    • Use HubSpot to create multi-touch campaigns, including landing pages, emails, and take care of the situation, targeting new leads, funnel optimization, and customer engagement.
    • Identify SEO and website CRO opportunities, prioritize them and work with content teams and developers to resolve them.
    • Develop email campaigns with our existing customer base to increase activation, retention and upsell opportunities.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, and inbound pipeline progress, ensuring accurate tracking of performance on all growth marketing initiatives
    • Demonstrate impact through data – manage and maintain the marketing tech stack and recommend improvements to stay current with best practices

    We want to hear from you:

    • 4-5 years of growth marketing or performance marketing, covering demand generation working for a SaaS B2B company
    • Deep experience in paid and organic customer acquisition – you have managed and optimized paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing), paid social (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and you have implemented SEO optimization and email marketing campaigns.
    • experience with HubSpot is a must. Experience with other martech tools desired: Sendingblue or Mailchimp, Zapier, Webflow or WordPress, Heap, Clearbit, Unbounce, Intercom and others
    • Mastery of Google Suite: Google Analytics is a must, Google Search Console and GTM are good to have.
    • Strong analytical skills and demonstrable experience synthesizing data and providing actionable insights.
    • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
    • Strong collaboration skills across multiple departments and countries – team spirit is essential to you, and you enjoy working with a diverse, inclusive and international team
    • Fluency in English + another European language (German and French a plus)
