Houghton, Mich. – The Michigan Tech Blue Line Club is hosting a Winter Carnival luncheon on Friday, February 10 at 11:45 a.m. in the ‘old’ Blue Line Room outside the University Image. The event is open to the public and costs $15 per person.
Tickets must be purchased by 5pm on Wednesday (Feb. 8) to guarantee lunch and can be purchased online, by calling the Central Ticket Office at 906-487-2073 or in person. Pasties, coleslaw, carrot cake, soda, water and coffee will be served.
Michigan Tech coach Joe Shawhan and Bowling Green coach Ty Igner will continue to talk about the CCHA series. The Huskies and Falcons meet on Friday at 7:07 p.m. and Saturday at 5:07 p.m. as the teams battle for the McInnes Trophy as Winter Carnival champions.
Saturday will be Senior Day as Tristan Ashbrook, Jake Crespi, Logan Ganey, David Jankowski, Chris Lipe, Ryan O’Connell, Blake Pitila, Logan Pitila, Parker Sartsky and Brett Thorne will be honored after the game.
